To minimize technical difficulties with the presentations, the committee requests that you upload any powerpoint or other electronic files prior to your arrival for the conference. The presentations will be preloaded and tested on conference venue equipment. You are encouraged to bring a backup copy of your presentation on a flash drive.

Please give your file a distinctive filename that includes your name and a revision number or date.

Attendees at the conference will have the ability to download copies of your presentation and handouts at the conference. You may wish to consider this when planning your handouts. Printed handouts may be brought with you to the conference or shipped ahead of time to:

Presenters are invited to submit their papers for formal publication in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Information (JAFI) after the conference.
